Analysis of the Relationship Between the Quality of Civil Servants' Human Resources and the Performance of the Kotamobagu City Government
Abstract
Public service is an activity or series of activities in the context of fulfilling service needs in accordance with the laws and regulations for every citizen for goods, services, and/or administrative services provided by public service providers. Public service implementers are officials, employees, officers, and everyone who works within the organizing organization in charge of carrying out an action or series of public service actions. Human resources of civil servants in the organization are the most important factors in realizing the achievement of quality, fast and easy public services. To produce good organizational performance, organizations need to have quality human resources with the right quantity. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of civil servant human resources and the performance of the Kotamobagu City government. This research is categorized as a quantitative research using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a relationship between the quality of civil servants' human resources and the performance of the Kotamobagu City Government.
