Use of Digital Technologies in the Textile Industry
Abstract
This article focuses on modern advances in the field of textiles and clothing. Modern trends in the use of digital technology in the textile industry can be roughly divided into three categories: improving textiles using nanomaterials and nanocoatings; introduction of electronic components and microelectromechanical systems into common materials; hybridization of textiles and biomimetic systems.
