Abstract

В этой статье рассматривается развитие законодательства Республики Узбекистан в области искусственного интеллекта, финансовых технологий (FinTech), машинного обучения и даются предложения по их усовершенствованию, а также описываются современные финансовые технологии. Финансовые технологии исследуются в различных финансовых секторах, включая, системы блокчейна, и их подразделений, таких как смарт-контракты и алгоритмическое управление капиталом робо-эдвайзоры (или робот-консультанты). Финансовые технологии открывают возможности, такие как более низкие затраты, улучшенные финансовые продукты и услуги, более широкий доступ к кредитам и финансовым услугам, а также новые риски и проблемы для регулирующих органов, то есть создание законов, точно учитывающих новые технологии и идущих постоянно с развивающимися инновациями.
