Abstract

In this article the impact of the effective organizational mechanisms developed by the authors of providing employment to rural women based on the development of entrepreneurship is clearly sociologically evaluated. On its basis, the important socio-economic importance of modern types and means of providing employment to rural women, especially development of entrepreneurship, creation of new jobs, training and retraining of unemployed women is revealed.
