Abstract

Provides a way to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of Health Systems, solve health problems, provide services to more people, use new technologies and coordinate not only organizational and economic, but also social issues.   This article provides brief definitions and advice on ways to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of service delivery in the health care system.
