Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between ecological factors—air quality, temperature variability, and green space availability—and health-related behaviors. Using a multiple linear regression model, the analysis reveals that poor air quality and extreme temperature fluctuations negatively impact outdoor physical activities, while access to green spaces significantly promotes physical and mental well-being. The findings highlight the importance of addressing environmental factors through public policy to foster healthier, more active populations. This research provides evidence for integrating environmental improvements into urban planning and health promotion strategies
