Abstract
The article analyzes the effectiveness of using outsourcing in public services. The advantages of outsourcing in reducing costs and attracting qualified specialists, as well as its disadvantages in quality control and confidentiality, are studied. The authors emphasize that the effectiveness of the outsourcing system, in turn, depends on careful planning and control mechanisms. Accordingly, the introduction of an outsourcing system into the process of selecting personnel for the civil service is considered an effective tool in solving current problems. This article discusses the essence, advantages and possibilities of this system.
