Abstract

At the moment when new and intensive techniques and technologies are widely introduced in agriculture, the issues of effective use of soil and achieving high productivity are becoming urgent tasks. It is of great importance to improve the land reclamation and ecological condition, increase the efficiency of the use of land and water resources by applying agrotechnical, agro-meliorative and other measures on irrigated lands.
