Scientific and theoretical basis for the formation of a healthy lifestyle of students in higher education institutions
Abstract
The current socio-economic situation, declining living standards and environmental disadvantages have a negative impact on the health of the entire population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, especially the younger generation. At the same time, one of the long-term priorities of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in the program "Kazakhstan - 2030" - "In the field of health, education and welfare of citizens of our country" and the next Address emphasizes the need to pay special attention to physical culture and sports. Today, our sovereign country, which has gained its independence, the main requirement in this direction is the education of individuals in secondary schools who are well-rounded, developed, healthy and committed to a healthy lifestyle
